Services
Aram HR Company provides remote HR management and government-platform management for businesses. The details and scope of each service are defined in each client's agreement or quote.
Client responsibilities
The client agrees to provide the necessary information and authorizations accurately and in a timely manner to enable us to perform the services, and is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
Fees & payment
Fees are set per the plan or agreement and paid on the agreed terms. Plans are monthly unless stated otherwise and may be changed or cancelled per the agreement.
Confidentiality
We are committed to keeping client information confidential and using it only to deliver the service, in line with our privacy policy and applicable confidentiality agreements.
Limitation of liability
We exercise reasonable professional care in delivering our services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
Intellectual property
All rights to the website, its content and brand are owned by Aram HR Company and may not be used without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
